This is not a job BUT a calling and we spend countless hours designing & creating websites and other tools that will be beneficial to ministry growth and solve some of the development challenges faced in churches and ministries due to the growing demands in the areas of technology. What’s the difference? A calling is when God places a burning passion within you for a specific assignment and empower you to carry it out. You normally wind up organizing your entire self around it — often to the detriment of your life outside of it. Therefore we seek like minded individuals with similar calls.
