Spirit Flames provides labor retainer packages to help with managing your website. This service is great for churches, businesses and individuals with a busy schedule and lack the necessary in-house staff and (or) knowledge to make time critical updates to your website.
Why would you want a retainer package? Can’t I just call you up and get the changes done?Yes and No! Spirit Flames services many clients as a result, we cannot service all of our clients 100% of the time without having conflicting schedules. So, we created our Retainer Packages to give attention and priority to clients under a retainer agreement. Therefore, when you have a retainer, your work goes to the top of our schedule and is completed first, ahead of other clients. This gives you the assurance that any mission critical information gets posted to / updated on your website in a timely fashion.
Can I accrue my time and use all at once?Unfortunately, no. In order to keep our client schedules streamlined and efficient, we require that you use your minutes each month. We cannot allow you to accrue your minutes and use all at once as this would interfere with other client schedules. Therefore, if you do not use your minutes each month, you will loose them.
Can I get a retainer package if my website was designed by another company or individual?No, we only create retainer packages for sites we have designed & developed. Sites designed by other companies or individuals require knowledge of the type of scripting language, framework, cms platform or extensions used by another company or individual. Therefore it WOULD NOT be beneficial for us to take over a site that we have no prior or existing knowledge of.
